We carefully inspect every item to ensure the highest quality workmanship. Due to the custom nature of our products, there are no refunds or returns available after an order is finalized. Orders are considered finalized once the materials, colors, and/or proofs (for personalized items) are chosen and full payment is received. If there are any concerns, we will address them promptly. Variances in woodgrain and colors are expected for our natural wood products. If an item is received damaged or with any defects we will ship out a new item within 30 days.
