CUSTOMER CARE

Each item that is created in the BlueRose Workshop goes through a careful process to ensure the greatest level of customer satisfaction. If you have ordered personalized items, you will receive an email from Michelle at BlueRose Workshop to discuss the important details. This includes the material choice(s), color options, and the design layout. For personalized items, this also initiates the process of designing and finalizing a proof, the pictorial representation of the final product. A design fee may be added to new designs, or designs with extensive file changes. Once the proof is finalized, no further changes will be permitted. No exceptions will be made after the first cut or engrave. 

 

Most items are cut and finished after orders are placed. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping of standard craft items. Personalized items may take an additional 3 - 5 days for customization after the order is finalized. A more specific time frame may be found on each product page, or you may inquire directly for items that have more urgency. Please let us know if your item is time sensitive. Shipping speeds will vary according to the shipping method used. We typically ship using First Class or Priority through the USPS mail, depending on the size of the item, shipping speed, and shipping costs. Please let us know if you have any questions once your items have arrived. We love feedback!  

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Every item in the BlueRose Workshop is made and inspected with the greatest level of care and attention to detail. Shipped items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipment. However, sometimes an item is not as expected, or arrives damaged in the mail. Refunds or replacement items for damaged items will be shipped out within 14 days. Any shipping costs for items returned without prior authorization is the responsibility of the buyer. 

Your privacy is important to us. We do keep records of your orders, should you wish to order similar items in the future. We will not share photos of your items for marketing purposes on any of our social media without your prior written approval. Your information will never be sold or distributed.
